Walked in. Displays showed an hour and 45 minute wait. We were going to come back another day but we're told the board was wrong only 30 minute wait. Well and hour and a half later finally hair cut. No appointments are accepted unless its online. I will never come again. You just lost a customer for life.

Absolute horrible service. Assistant manager Leanna.. horrible attitude and very unprofessional.... very immature. I would never refer this place to anyone!
